Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni is a highly skilled anaesthesiologist with over 30 years of experience. She completed her undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (DA) training at B.Y.L. Nair Hospital, Mumbai, and holds DNB and FCPS qualifications. Dr. Kulkarni is proficient in managing critical care cases including sepsis, septic shock, multiorgan failure, and acute cardiovascular, respiratory, and metabolic illnesses. She is experienced in pre-existing conditions, major surgeries, chemotherapy-related cases, mechanical ventilation, and respiratory therapy.
She has managed over 500 renal transplants, including ABO incompatible cases, and is skilled in ultrasound-guided advanced nerve blocks for anaesthesia and analgesia. She is adept at managing difficult airways using fiberoptic intubation, video laryngoscopes, and supraglottic airways.
