  • Extensive expertise in Solid Organ Transplant Intensive Care, including liver, lung, heart, kidney, hand, intestine, and kidney-pancreas transplants.
  • Led and managed some of the busiest multispecialty and transplant ICUs in tertiary-care hospitals in India and the UK.
  • Hands-on experience in ECMO, mechanical circulatory support (MCS), CRRT, advanced ventilation, and multisystem organ support.
  • Advanced proficiency in invasive hemodynamic monitoring, including PiCCO, LiDCO, Swan-Ganz, IABP, and Edwards systems.
  • Instrumental in establishing technologically advanced transplant, oncology, and multispecialty ICUs.
  • Trained and worked across leading NHS hospitals in the UK, including King’s College Hospital, Papworth Hospital, and other major centers.
