Dr. Sindhura Koganti is a highly experienced Pulmonologist and Lung Transplant Physician with over 13 years of clinical expertise in respiratory medicine, interventional pulmonology, and critical care. She has significant experience in lung transplantation, including pre- and post-transplant management, and has undergone specialized training at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney, one of the leading transplant centers globally.
Her clinical expertise includes bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, EBUS, sleep medicine, and management of complex respiratory conditions including chronic lung failure and transplant-related complications. She has played a key leadership role in COVID critical care, managing ICU, ECMO, and large patient volumes during the pandemic.
In addition to clinical practice, she is actively involved in academics, research, and teaching, with numerous publications and conference presentations at national and international levels. She is also a member of multiple prestigious professional bodies, including ISHLT, ERS, and ICS.
