  1. Awarded the prestigious Gold medal by the Maharashtra University of Health sciences for excelling in cardiothoracic surgery  .
  2. He is UK registered surgeon for retrieval of DCD (donor after circulatory death) and DBD (Donor after brain Death) retrieval.
  3.  He is amongst few of the UK surgeons to have successfully performed DCD heart retrieval and successfully retrieval of Lungs in DCD-NRP settings
